The Pulse of the River

Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel celebrates pride month with Avani Pride Fashion Fund Competition 2024 – Episode ‘The Pulse of the River’, a competition to find the best one-of-a-kind costumes inspired by the Chao Phraya River and made from recycled waste, giving away cash prizes with a total value of more than THB 200,000*.

The campaign’s aim is to celebrate diversity and support LGBTQ talents, while also raising awareness for the environment, as we move towards better waste management practices. The remaining 10 finalists will be required to design 2 costumes inspired by and in line with the ‘pulse of the river’ theme.

The final-round fashion show will be held on 20th June 2024, at Grand Riverside Ballroom, Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, and will feature a live performance by Zymone Sillapin Gill from The Voice Thailand season 5.

Meet the judges led by M Stanger Fox – Thailand’s superstar drag queen, Maiake Seksun Yampitak  – Model & Top 8 Mister Supranational Thailand 2023 and more.
